I met Sharon and her cute, cute, cute son Christopher at Wild Dunes Resort for some photos on Friday morning.  They are visiting from Florida and thought it would be a treat to have some photos done while her husband was busy in his conference meetings. 

I think this is my fourth year covering the Wild Dunes Community Association Art Show.  It is always a great event and gets lots of interested local art lovers.  My father who likes to call himself the “Wall-Mart of the Art World” had his painting out for sale but his business cards went quicker than the paintings.

It was the first really nice day here on Saturday.  Temperature in the 60’s and lots of great sunshine!!  I was so happy since I was meeting Alexis and Mike for their Getting to Know You Session at Palmetto Island County Park.  The park was packed with people but that did not stop us from finding some great spots for photos.  When the park closed we headed over the bridge to Sullivan’s Island for more photos at Poe’s Library, Stella Maris Church and the beach.

I am really looking forward to their wedding at Middleton Place in July.  They will have their ceremony there and then head on to the Woodlands for a grand reception.

Ashley and her sweet little daughter Nana (pronounced with long a sound!) met me down at the Battery for a mother-daughter photo session a few days ago.  The nippy cold air did not bother these two ladies who had a grand time with each other.  Now is a great time to think about a WELCOME SPRING photo session!  Maybe dress up for Easter.  Call for an appointment.
